GRE Renew Enertech Limited (formerly GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited) has announced the successful commissioning and operationalisation of a solar power project through its wholly owned subsidiary, GRE Green Energy Private Limited.
The solar facility, with an installed capacity of 1.5 MW (AC) and 2.016 MW (DC), is located at Indrap village in Becharaji taluka of Mehsana district, Gujarat. Following the completion of statutory approvals and meter sealing formalities, the project commenced commercial power generation on 30 May 2026.
The company stated that the commissioning certificate from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) is currently under process and is expected to be issued upon completion of the necessary administrative procedures.
The commissioning of the project further expands GRE Renew Enertech’s renewable energy portfolio and reinforces its presence in the solar power sector. The development aligns with the company’s strategy of increasing its clean energy asset base and contributing to the growth of sustainable power generation infrastructure in India.
